what I'm known for:

   My addiction to nostalgia started when I was just a little girl. Steps from my childhood home - I had found it...Tucked away at the end of Pralle Lane in Saint Charles, Missouri you could find it too - My grandmothers house.
   As a child, each Sunday afternoon I would walk there. Up a hill, around a corner, zero side walks and a blind spot. I spent each Sunday afternoon along side my grandmother tracing the edges of faded black-and-white prints; sifting through endless amounts of old photographs together.
   The questions those images led me to ask her and the moments of connection it created between us were — and still are — some of the best moments of my life.
   Facinated by her youth and beauty, It made me feel connected to her in ways I hadn't experienced, I felt I understood her, and would often get lost looking through images of her youth and daydreaming of all she had experienced. It scratched a part of my brain that I hadn't realized was starving for connection and a deeper understanding of the ones I love and their life experiences until then

   Within storytelling I have found my purpose. The gravity a single image is capable of holding simply floors me. I’m deeply curious about people & the way we connect. That curiosity helps me see you—and all of the simple yet beautiful in between moments that make you feel most alive.
   Many focus on the visuals of photography but my focus is on capturing a feeling. My sessions are relaxed, organic, and centered around real connection.
No forced poses or “smile at the camera” energy—just the natural unfolding of your family’s rhythm, your love, your laughter. I gently guide you when needed but mostly, I want you to just be. That’s where the magic lives.
